WINKEL PRO 5W74 is a medium strength thixotropic surface sealing product developed for sealing metal gears and flanges. When the product is applied between metal gears and in the absence of air, it cures by reacting. Widely used in factories and workshops for sealing covers, flanges and pump bodies against water, compressed air, gas, LPG and gasoline; It can replace any type of flange gasket. It has high resistance to temperature up to 150 ° C. Usage: The parts to be applied should be dry, clean and free of oil. Surface cleaning with WINKEL PRO Fast Cleaner is recommended. Apply the product on the thread or gasket surface and combine the parts (male and female parts). After tightening the gears, do not move them during the drying period. Threaded connections belong to the system max. Wait for the complete drying time (24 hours) before operating under conditions. Complete drying takes maximum 24 hours depending on the type of metal. If the application temperature is below + 5 ° C, the drying time can be accelerated by using WINKEL PRO Anaerobic Activator.
